Extra-Judicial (out-of-court) Debt Collection

A process of initiating a series of negotiation with the debtors with the view of gaining assurance that the overdue amounts are paid just as much and at the soonest possible time. Outstanding debt is demanded from the debtors using the necessary methods:

 

• Tele-Collection
• Field Visit
• Saturation Drive

This process usually takes up to 90 days. After the allotted period has expired, we generally prepare an evaluation report and recommend further action to be taken. The evaluation report helps the client decide whether he/she will continue to recover the receivables by legal means.

Judicial Debt Collection

If the debts cannot be settled out-of-court, then the Judicial Debt Collection will be initiated, complex legal services including filing legal actions and acting as an Attorney will be provided.

Property Verification

Property Verification is an act or practice of verifying a certain property (movable or non-movable) of a person that is registered under his/her name. The accuracy of such information is duly checked by direct contact to government agencies.

Through Property Verification, clients will be provided with significant information in making a decision whether to file legal action or not against their debtors. Likewise, an in-depth report of their debtors’ assets can be provided.

Skip Tracing

Skip Tracing is done by collecting as much information as possible about the subject/property that is reportedly missing, hiding or hiding the property. The art of Skip Tracing is one of the most valuable tools in the collection of bad debts since obtaining accurate information can make a difference between getting paid or not.
