Field Collector
Under direct supervision of Team Leader, the Field Coordinator is responsible to perform field collection based on client’s endorsement
Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs field collection based on guidelines set by client.
- Coordinates with Collection Specialist for negotiation of positive accounts during field visits.
- Ensures professionalism and proper handling of all assigned accounts.
- Handles and undertakes voluntary surrender of units.
- Conducts skip tracing with accounts that unlocated.
- And performs other substantially related jobs as may be assigned from time to time.
- Facilitates saturation of areas with positive accounts.
Qualifications Requirements:
- At least high school graduate.
- With at least six (6) months work related experience.
- Appropriate valid Driver’s License.

- Has good communication skills, negotiations skills, and prospecting skills
